Salary: $15/hr-$17/hr plus commission

My office in South Dayton, OH has helped placed over 15,000 associates since we opened our doors in 2015. We are looking for someone to join our team who loves sales, making money, and helping others to improve their lives.

Primary job is;

1. Call associates to schedule them for interview with our office and our clients
2. Interview associates and enter their data into our system
3. Call clients to place associates at their company
4. Run your desk like your own business and try to grow your client and associate count.

Desired Skills set:

1. Able to do Microsoft Word and Excel
2. Type 35-40 words per minute
3. Have some recruiting experience
4. Good attendance
5. Strong written and telephone skills
6. Strong sales back ground

Commision will be given monthly. It is based on the following:

1. A percentage of the monthly gross margin
2. Getting new accounts
3. Getting direct hire associates hired on

We are looking for individuals that are hungry and looking to make as much income from commissions as they do with their hourly wage.
